2. Products & Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a print defect.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, images, and text — is the property of Wave Gaming. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. User-Submitted Designs

By uploading a design to the Wave Design Studio, you confirm you own or have the right to use the image, and you grant Wave Gaming a non-exclusive license to print and fulfil that design.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wave Gaming is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
