Standard Products

You may return standard (non-customized) products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Custom Mousepads

Custom products cannot be returned unless there is a print defect, damage, or incorrect item. In such cases, we offer a free reprint or full refund within 30 days.

How to Initiate a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, place a new order and return the original item. We'll issue a refund once the return is received.
